Ben had stayed in bed a little longer, then both kids went to play with Daniel their new friend.
We were reading our books, but realized that we had to be out of the park by 10am. So we went to see if we could stay longer due to our fridge problems, and they let us stay till12. Finally got the call from the fridge people that the part was not, I repeat NOT on the truck as it was coming from Melbourne. The best quote of the day was from Jenny, (the fridge lady) said "It's not an adventure anymore is it?" to which Naomi replied No. Here Naomi becomes upset, and James (The wonderful Husband) becomes the calm solution maker. We could:
Stay - The part might not come till new-year
Buy a new fridge - Expensive
Buy an ice box
So, in the end we bought Another ENGEL, somewhat against our better judgement and we will collect the hopefully fixed Engel from Kalgoorlie on our return to WA.
We then packed up all our belongings in 20 minutes flat and hit the road for Kambalda.
It was fantastic to be on the road again, we bought our first sticker at Norseman, and Ben bought with his own money at Balladonia. On the way James saw his first creature other than a roo, it was a Thorny Devil, Sarah wondered if the Thorny Devil would pop the tyres of the on-coming truck. We said no, and hoped he would get off the road.

5km after Balladonia at a roadside park, we had a late dinner and played monopoly. Naomi lost and we went to bed.
