Four months till Trip Start!!!

Yes it's just four months till our epic adventure is due to begin! With saving well underway for the fuel required for this journey of discovery, it's now almost time to start spending up big on our "Tug"(Patsy Patrol) and "Milly" the caravan. For Patsy, it's all the normal major servicing, plus extra equipment such as roof rack, water tank, electrical additions for the Engle, and an Anderson plug setup to power the caravan fridge while on the road.(And probably so much more!!) For Milly, it's major things like a new roll-out annex, making sure tyres can cope with the weight, adding an additional solar pannel and associated electrics, re-sealing and painting the van....sooo easy for me to get carried away with adding stuff to the van... I also need to setup the shower system to work from water tank on the Patrol's roof....or at least that's my current plan. :)

Ah well, we will see what has happened between now and then hopefully I will get some of these things done by December :)
